Our goal is simple: help property owners, facility managers, and contractors turn project dimensions and pricing inputs into clearer preliminary estimates before requesting quotes, ordering material, or preparing a bid.
What PavementCalc Pro Does
Pavement projects often involve several measurements at once: square footage, linear footage, material coverage, pavement thickness, specialty markings, labor, preparation, and local pricing. PavementCalc Pro brings those inputs together in focused tools built around specific project questions.
- Parking lot striping: estimate striping, restriping, stall, linear-foot, ADA-space, marking, and bid costs.
- Sealcoating: estimate material quantities, project costs, and price per square foot.
- Driveways: estimate residential sealing costs, crack-filling allowances, preparation, and contractor pricing ranges.

How Our Estimates Work
Each calculator uses a transparent formula based on the measurements and rates entered by the user. Where a calculator includes default planning values, we explain the assumption on the page and keep important inputs editable whenever practical.
For cost content, we compare current U.S. pricing information from relevant industry sources, contractor data, public agencies, and established home-service cost publishers when appropriate. We then organize the information around the specific intent of the page rather than applying one price to every project.

Use the calculators to develop a realistic starting range before contacting contractors. Understanding the size of the project, common pricing units, and likely add-ons can make it easier to compare estimates on the same basis.

Use our estimating tools as a preliminary worksheet for quantities, job costs, overhead, margin, and customer estimates. Contractor tools are designed to support a workflow, not replace an on-site takeoff or your own production data.
Our Editorial Approach
We try to make every page useful even before a visitor touches the calculator. That means explaining the pricing unit, showing formulas and examples, identifying the factors that can materially change a quote, and distinguishing similar search intents instead of publishing near-duplicate pages.

Important Limitations
PavementCalc Pro provides informational estimates, not binding quotes. Actual prices and material quantities can change because of location, contractor minimums, site access, pavement condition, drainage, base failure, crack repair, traffic control, layout complexity, material specifications, local labor rates, taxes, mobilization, and other job-specific conditions.
For construction purchasing, engineered pavement sections, accessibility compliance, public work, or other projects where specifications control the work, use the applicable plans, product data, regulations, and qualified professionals. A general online calculator should not override project-specific requirements.
Why PavementCalc Pro Exists
Many pavement searches lead either to a contractor sales page or to a very simple calculator with little explanation. PavementCalc Pro is being built as a focused resource between those two extremes: useful tools backed by enough context to understand the estimate and make a better next decision.
